I am interested in the conscious evolution of our planet, the verb, as well as the evolution of consciousness, the noun. In studying that, it is our experiences together and our ability to communicate, relate, and serve each other that contributes to how we evolve. To study evolution, we have to participate in it and also step outside ourselves and look objectively at what we’re doing. This balancing act is the unique human experience; even the debate about truly how much choice there really is. Part of our current emerging analysis is how our choice of action affects our energy systems, our body chemistry, and our health and wellbeing and what that tells us about consciousness and the human experience.
In explaining what I do, I use a number of terms, each with the intent to describe the very complex nature of the work. I serve a very diverse group, so there are a number of terms, words, labels, and descriptions necessary to communicate what I do. If you’re still unclear, let’s talk.
Integrative Services
I am a consultant that brings people together for discussion for the purpose of analysis of the current circumstance and determination of and momentum for change. I facilitate meaningful dialogue. I am a change agent. I help organizations change. I help individuals change. Very simply by looking truthfully and honestly at where we are at this moment, and being very real and honest about where we want to be, and together, we capture the essence of those two things and from that, take action, and create the future. “Integrative services” means that I work with my clients to integrate change into their lives and their organizations. Using this term honors my beliefs:
- change is a process, not an event
- facilitating change requires conversation, understanding, and common ground
- leading change requires the ability to be objective and see all sides
- change is constant
- resistance is futile (and a huge boulder in your stream if you don’t deal with it)
- it’s better to let change emerge than to force it (go with the flow)
I use a number of methods for facilitating discussion and conversation, depending on the situation. Some links to information about some of the methods and techniques for bringing about strategic change are provided below.
Conscious Leadership Coaching, Consulting, and Training
I define conscious as the inclusion of thought, analysis, and choice.
I define leadership as making choices and taking action that is believed
to be in the best interest of everyone involved.
I define coaching as the process of encouraging, inspiring, teaching, training,
and developing the true nature and talent of an individual or group toward
a well defined goal.
I define consulting as providing insight, intuition, knowledge, skill, assessment,
reported findings, and advice.
I define training as the process of increasing the knowledge and awareness
of an individual or a group.
